By accessing or using Onmo Coins ("Service", "App", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• OC digital token management and tracking
• Token transfers between registered community members
• Cryptocurrency market data for educational purposes only
• Portfolio overview and transaction history
• Community features and referral program

To use Onmo Coins you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

When creating an account:

• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.

💎 5. OC Tokens

Regarding OC tokens:

• OC tokens are internal community reward tokens issued by Onmo Coins
• OC tokens have no guaranteed monetary value
• OC tokens are not cryptocurrency and not regulated as such
• Token balances are maintained in our internal ledger
• We reserve the right to adjust exchange rates at any time
• Tokens cannot be transferred outside the Onmo Coins platform
• We reserve the right to suspend token operations for maintenance

🚫 6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate token balances or transactions
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Use the service for money laundering or fraud
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Spam other users or send unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Provide false information
• Create security risks

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@onmocoin.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

🏛️ 11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
