📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Onmo Coins ("Service", "App", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Onmo Coins is a Web3 multi-chain platform that provides:

• Web3 wallet connections via WalletConnect (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and more)
• Multi-chain support for BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, and Solana
• USDT staking and OC token rewards tracking
• Cryptocurrency market data for educational purposes
• Referral program with OC token rewards
• Account management and portfolio overview

👤 3. Eligibility

To use Onmo Coins you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not be located in a restricted country (see Section 14)
• Not be subject to international sanctions
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

🔐 4. Account Registration

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and PIN
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You may need to complete KYC verification

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.

Important disclosures about OC tokens:

• OC tokens are utility tokens for platform participation
• OC tokens are NOT investments, securities, or financial instruments
• OC tokens do NOT represent ownership in any company
• OC tokens do NOT guarantee any returns or yields
• The value of OC tokens may fluctuate or become zero
• OC tokens have utility within the Onmo Coins ecosystem

💰 6. USDT Stakes

When you stake USDT on our platform:

• You provide USDT to the platform for participation
• You may receive OC token rewards based on platform activity
• Reward rates are NOT guaranteed and may vary
• You may withdraw your USDT subject to withdrawal terms
• A 2% withdrawal fee applies on USDT withdrawals
• Network fees (blockchain gas fees) apply separately
• Processing time is typically 24-48 hours for withdrawals

👥 7. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn OC tokens by inviting others:

• You receive OC token rewards when referrals join and participate
• Referral bonuses are paid in OC tokens only, not cash
• Referral bonus rates may change at any time
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• Abuse of the referral program may result in account suspension

• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile
• You may lose all funds you stake
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible

• You are responsible for your own tax obligations

🚫 9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempt to manipulate token prices or rewards
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

🔒 10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory order
• You request account deletion

Upon termination, your access ends but data may be retained per our Privacy Policy.

• Stake/Deposit: No fee
• Withdrawal: 2% fee on amount withdrawn
• Network fees: Standard blockchain network fees apply (varies by chain)
• Account fees: No monthly or annual fees

Fees may be updated with prior notice via the app or email.

All content, features, and functionality of Onmo Coins including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and code are the exclusive property of Onmo Coins and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Update features, fees, or reward rates
• Update these Terms with notice
• Suspend the Service for maintenance

🏛️ 17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
