At Onmo Coins, we handle all refund requests fairly and transparently. Please read this policy carefully before making any transactions.

โ We will process refunds in the following situations:
1. Pending Deposit Not Yet Approved
If you submitted a token purchase/deposit and it has not yet been approved by our team, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of submission.
2. Duplicate Transaction
If you accidentally submitted the same transaction twice, we will refund the duplicate amount. You must provide transaction hash proof for both transactions.
3. Technical Error by Onmo Coins
If a technical error on our platform caused an incorrect charge or token deduction, we will investigate and correct it within 5-7 business days.
4. Unauthorized Transaction
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and if confirmed unauthorized, process a full refund within 14 business days.
5. Cancelled Withdrawal Request
If your withdrawal request has not yet been processed, you may cancel it and the tokens will be returned to your account balance immediately.

Include your registered email, transaction ID or hash, amount, date and reason for refund
Attach screenshots of the transaction from your wallet app or blockchain explorer
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond via email
If approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method
