What issues are you facing?

Go to Sign In and tap Forgot Password. Enter your registered email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Tap Forgot PIN on the PIN screen. You may be asked to verify your account and then you can set a new App PIN.

Password is for login, App PIN is for quick unlock. This helps protect your wallet and balances if someone opens your phone.

Aadhaar details help verify identity and reduce fraud. We recommend uploading clear images and keeping your account secure with App PIN.

Aadhaar must be 12 digits (numbers only). Example: 123412341234. Do not add spaces or symbols.

Please try:
  • Use Chrome browser
  • Allow photo permissions when prompted
  • Upload JPG/PNG under 5MB
  • Choose a clear face photo (front-facing)

Your Wallet ID is shown in the Profile screen. You can copy it using the Copy button for internal transfers.

Internal Transfer lets you send ONMO to another Onmo user using their Wallet ID or Referral Code (if supported). Always verify the receiver details before confirming.

Pending transfers may take time due to verification or network confirmations. Please check the transaction status in your recent transactions.

Go to the deposit section, enter your wallet address and transaction hash (TX). After verification, ONMO is credited based on the current exchange rate.

Common reasons:
  • Wrong TX hash entered
  • Network confirmation is still pending
  • Duplicate TX already submitted

Withdrawals are processed based on available balance and verification rules. If your withdrawal is pending, please wait for approval or contact support.
